What a week! But this video was definitely a highlight. I was asked to produce it by our Director of Teaching & Learning, who saw a similar one done by a neighboring school. So on the first day of school, she and an assistant teacher took pictures and sent them to me (I only took about five of the pictures in the video). I spent all Monday morning (while in meetings) scrolling through my mental playlist for a song(s), so I could just “go” when I got back to my desk. By the time I got around to it on Monday afternoon (the first day of school was Friday), it was honestly just a task that I wanted to check off so I could move on to the next one on my growing list. So when I saw the reaction on Facebook, and heard/saw reactions at work and in my inbox, I was pleasantly surprised!
