Welcome to our little world! We’re a family with a little 5-year-old ball of fun, who loves trains and doing things “my own way“ (we’ve lost count of how many times a day we hear that).
My husband (Lebrean) and I (Sharmaine) have been married for 15 years, and we live in Atlanta, Georgia. The birth of our son, Davis, led us both down different career paths and kickstarted this crazy adventure of ours!
Lebrean’s 15-year-old concierge company folded, and I quit by job as a Digital Media Communications Manager, all within the first 3 months of becoming parents! He is now a full-time realtor, and I am a Digital Designer & Public Relations Specialist.

My blog dates back to 2007, long before I became a mom. I started writing as an outlet and to keep my family and friends updated on our lives, so the content varies from personal thoughts, crazy life events, and everything in between.
I took a 3-year unplanned break from it in 2017, in hindsight because that is when I started working full time again, my first time doing so as a mom. I had absolutely no idea how hard that would be.
It’s taken me a while to find my voice again, but here I am!
