I worked on this graphic off and on for weeks, and I finally posted it today on Trinity’s social media networks. It doesn’t quite look like an “I worked on it for weeks” graphic, but it just wasn’t coming together for along time, so I would leave it for a few days and revisit. Everything I tried just wasn’t “clicking.” It definitely went through a few phases before I was happy with the final product.
I don’t want the title of my post to imply that Trinity as an institution does not support diversity; it’s quite the opposite, in my opinion. I just wonder, as such conversations become more frequent and more open, what reaction a graphic like this might elicit.
