I spent most of today replacing the photos on Trinity’s home page, which doesn’t sound like a very time-consuming project, but the strategy that goes into it probably takes more time than the actual execution…well, almost.
Below is a picture of my method around this time last year.
I simplified my method a little this year (below), but the goal remains the same: to maintain balance…which, in this case doesn’t necessarily mean being “equal.” I have to look carefully at age, gender, and ethnicity of students, without over-representing in either category.
