Earlier today, I was preparing an article for this week’s e-newsletter. I wasn’t satisfied with the image that was sent to me, so I polished it in Photoshop.
This is certainly not an example of my most earth-shattering work, but what it does illustrate is my role in action. My title at Trinity is Digital Media Communications Manager, which is more than just an “implementer.” Interestingly enough, both my minor in Mass Communications and my Master’s degree in Instructional Design & Technology come into play on a regular basis. I make decisions like these on a daily basis that affect the way Trinity School is portrayed to both the internal community and to the outside world, through our website, multimedia, electronic communications, and social media.
This particular example is more than just a case of graphic manipulation and enhancement (note my correction of the error in the original image).
