One of the biggest things I’ve learned during the past 7 years in my profession is the importance of keeping the camera rolling between takes. Kids do and say the cutest things (especially when they think no one is watching), and there have been a few times when I’ve actually used outtakes in final productions, because they worked better than the intended script. That’s how I captured this cutie and discovered her love of car insurance! I was shooting for a spring video production a few months ago (and if I had any clue how huge her personality was, I would’ve used her for a much larger role), and before we started recording, this is what happened:
So it should have been no surprise that this was her Halloween costume this year:
